Your payroll file

Your file is read and calculated inside your browser. It is not uploaded to us or anyone else, and we cannot see it. Your column choices are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to redo them; the data itself is not saved.

Payments

Payment happens on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe gives us your email address, the employer name you enter, the payment status, and the card brand and last four digits. We never see your full card number. The employer name is shown on your unlocked results and audit worksheet. We use your email only for receipts and support.

Analytics and cookies

No cookies, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. To know whether the page is useful, we keep daily counts of a few anonymous events: page viewed, sample loaded, file loaded, results shown, checkout started. Each count is stored with the referring tag in the link you followed (for example ?src=newsletter) and nothing else. No IP address, no identifier, and never anything from your file. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operations.
